Section 2 – Order Processing

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before production, shipment, or digital delivery.

Once an order has entered the processing or production stage, changes or modifications may no longer be possible.

For digital products, delivery timelines vary depending on the product type.

Digital files are typically prepared and made available within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.

Section 3 – Shipping and Delivery

Physical Products:

After production is completed, your order will be shipped to the provided delivery address using trusted logistics partners.

Estimated shipping time:
7–10 business days

Total estimated delivery time:
10–15 business days (including production and shipping)

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • customs clearance procedures
  • international transportation delays
  • local courier delays
  • peak seasons or holidays
  • unforeseen logistics disruptions

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping costs and final delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Digital Products:

Digital products do not require shipping and are delivered electronically.

Digital files are typically prepared and made available within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.

Section 4 – Order Cancellation

Orders for physical products may only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing, production, or shipping.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to the order status at the time of the request.

For digital products:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or once the file has been delivered or made available
  • Cancellation is only considered if the digital product has not been delivered within 48 business hours after purchase
  • Issues related to incorrect, defective, or unusable files are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and are not considered valid reasons for cancellation

Section 5 – Returns and Refunds

Return or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Requests may be considered under the following situations:

  • The digital product is not delivered
  • The digital file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item received is significantly different from the product description

Customers may be required to provide photo, video, or screenshot evidence.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Section 6 – Product Quality

If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

For digital products, we provide support and assistance after purchase to help resolve any issues related to the file.

Digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
